Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. If you wish to make any changes to your order please send us an email at contact@jewelrydirectoutlet.com as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
It is quite unfortunate to hear that you will be cancelling your order(s). To make a cancellation, please follow the steps below:
- To cancel an order please send us an email at contact@jewelrydirectoutlet.com or use the Contact Us form.
- If your order has not been shipped out yet and you want to cancel it, a refund will automatically be issued per your request.
- If your order has been shipped - it is subject to the same protocol as a 'Return' and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- To send your item(s) back to us please first contact us to let us know first. For a REFUND please package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery and inside the package.
- When sending items back to us we always advise to send them using services that provide tracking information and insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item gets lost in transit, we are not accountable for that.
- We will send you the return address.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft
