Lifetime Warranty
At Jewelry Direct Outlet, we are committed to providing high-quality products that you can enjoy for a lifetime. To demonstrate our confidence in the craftsmanship and durability of our jewelry, we offer a Lifetime Warranty. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
Our guarantee ensures that if your product becomes damaged, fades, or stops working under normal wear, you are entitled to a one-time replacement for the piece. In the event that the item is no longer available, you have the option to exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value. Please note that this Warranty does not cover damages caused by user mishandling, such as scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, and similar issues.
For warranty replacements, there is a standard $9.99 shipping and handling fee for all replacement requests*. The shipping and handling fee covers the cost of warehouse storing, processing, packaging, and shipping the replacement to you safely.
Warranty Coverage
- Lifetime Warranty on all jewelry products purchased from our online store.
- The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal wear and use of the jewelry.
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the jewelry product and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
The Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover damage that is deemed a non-manufacturing defect. Some common examples of jewelry issues that are not a manufacturing defect include but are not limited to the following:
- Excessive wear and tear beyond what is considered normal use.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the jewelry product.
- Improper handling, such as bending, resizing, or tampering with the product.
- Lost, stolen or theft of the jewelry product.
- Failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product.
- Discoloration or fading due to exposure to swimming pools, hot tubs, or harsh chemicals found in everyday products
- Items that are bent, caught, or have worn out due to normal wear or other accidental damage
- Stones falling out due to chipping, bent prongs, or misshapen settings resulting from wear.
- Any product that has undergone repair, maintenance, resizing, soldering performed by someone other than Jewelry Direct Outlet. This voids the warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
- To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Jewelry Direct Outlet and provide proof of purchase.
- We will evaluate the claim and may require the jewelry product to be returned for inspection.
- If the claim is determined to be covered by the warranty, Jewelry Direct Outlet will repair or replace the defective jewelry product, at our discretion.
- Any shipping costs associated with returning the product to Jewelry Direct Outlet for inspection or repair will be the responsibility of the customer.
Disclaimer
- Jewelry Direct Factory reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims and the appropriate course of action.
- The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective jewelry product and does not include any other forms of compensation.
- Jewelry Direct Factory shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the jewelry product.
- This warranty is in addition to any other rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
