What is the easiest method to track my orders?

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. If you can not seem to find your confirmation email make sure to check your spam / junk / promotion folder.

When will my order ship?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Estimated processing time 1-3 business days*
  • Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24-48 hours, while other orders may take 3-6 business days*. 
  • Estimated shipping time 5-14 business days*


Please Note: Most items are shipped from international warehouses. If you order multiple items; there may be multiple packages. 

*Business days are defined as Monday - Friday. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping for orders over $100 is FREE

  • Delivered in 5-14 Business days

Expedited Shipping is $24.99

  • Delivered in 3-6 Business days

Who are your shipping logistic partners?

We work with a variety of shipping companies as we ship internationally. The most common in the USA is USPS (United States Postal Service).

International Taxes & Duties

Shipping on international orders does not include applicable fees, tax, and duty charges that are based on your own country's policy. There will most likely be a charge by the carrier/country for customs/tax charges (this occurs with any international order for any company). The customer is responsible for all additional charges.
